The above price, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. ECO Tree Experts LLC is authorized to complete the project as specified in this agreement. I understand that minimal ground wear is expected, and ECO Tree Experts is not responsible for underground utilities. I agree to remit payment upon completion of work. There is a 3% fee added for all credit card payments.

Stump Grinding Disclaimer: Stump Grinding is completed after tree removals; stump grinding does not include mulch removal (that is done by a Landscaper). I understand that minimal ground wear is expected, and ECO Tree Experts is not responsible for underground utilities.
